Coming soon to iPhone and Android
Make the first year of parenting a little easier.
First it's milk, diapers and naps. Then come solids, allergens and iron-rich foods. Newbie Parents remembers it all for you, and gives you a rough idea of when the next nap is coming.
We'll email you once, when the app is in the stores.
Animation: a baby drinks milk, tries solids and falls asleep, and each moment is logged in Newbie Parents for the whole family to see.
- Core features free
- Tips from Singapore hospitals and health agencies
- Shared only with people you invite
Sound familiar?
So much to remember, on so little sleep.
When did she last feed? Which side? Did anyone change him after lunch? When's the next nap likely to be? Has she had egg this week?
Between two parents, a helper and a grandparent, the answers end up spread across tired memories and a group chat. Newbie Parents keeps the day in one place that everyone can see.

Sleep
Know when the next nap is coming.
Is there time for a shower, lunch or a quick errand before the next nap? Newbie Parents gives you a rough idea of when your baby might be ready to sleep again, and when bedtime might come. It starts from your baby's age and adjusts to the sleep you log. It's a guide, not a rule.
- Next nap and bedtime, and when to start winding down
- A nap timer that anyone in the family can start or finish
- Tap any estimate to see how it was worked out

Solids
From first milk to first mouthfuls.
When solids start, usually after 6 months, the questions change. What can your baby eat, and how do you prepare it? Have they had egg yet? The food guide covers more than 160 foods, including Singapore favourites like kai lan, bayam, congee (porridge) and ikan bilis stock.
Avocado
Kai lan
Bayam
Congee

Egg
- See which of nine common allergen groups your baby has tried, when each was last offered, and any reactions
- Log a baby cereal or yoghurt, and the allergens in its ingredients count too
- See how many iron-rich foods your baby ate today
- Save the recipes your family makes again and again, and log them in one tap
We're adding more foods all the time. Missing one your family eats? Tell us and we'll add it.

Everyday logging
Log activities quickly. Keep everyone who helps in sync.
No more waking your partner to ask when the last feed was. Log a feed, a diaper or a nap one-handed in a couple of taps, and everyone who helps sees it on their own phone straight away.
Animation: Mum, Dad and the helper each have Newbie Parents open. When the helper logs avocado for lunch, it appears on all three phones straight away. Then Dad logs a bottle and Mum a diaper change, and each entry shows up on every phone.
- Every entry shows who logged it
- Give a helper or grandparent access to just today's routine
- Several children, or twins, in one family

No pressure
Missed a feed? A whole day? Nothing breaks.
Log what helps and skip the rest. On the busiest days, Frank only logs naps. Your baby, and your own rest, come first.
- No streaks or scores
- No red warnings or "late" labels
- Days you skip show as gaps, not zeros
Guidance
Guidance you can check.
Family, friends and the internet all have advice, and it doesn't always agree. Every tip in Newbie Parents names its source: Singapore's health services and hospitals first, such as HealthHub and KKH, then recognised bodies elsewhere.
- Birth registration, Baby Bonus, vaccinations and more in one Singapore checklist, each linked to the official page
- Every source links to the original page
- It keeps track; it doesn't diagnose. For health worries, speak to your doctor.

Who made this
Built by a Singapore dad, for his own family first.
Newbie Parents started as a simple tracker Frank built for his own family. In the first months, it helped him and his wife keep track of everything, without relying on memory. He hopes it helps other parents the way it helped them.
Questions parents ask
Is it free?
Yes. Logging, shared care, nap and bedtime estimates, solids and the Singapore Parent Guide are free. We may offer optional paid extras later; the core features stay free.
Do I have to log everything?
No. Log what's useful and skip the rest; your baby and your own rest matter more. Nap estimates start from your baby's age, and days you skip show as gaps, never as zero.
Which phones will it work on?
Newbie Parents is coming to iPhone and Android. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when it's in the stores.
Can my partner, helper or parents use it too?
Yes. Invite your partner to share the full record. A helper or grandparent can be given access to just today's routine.
Is this medical advice?
No. Newbie Parents keeps records and links to guidance from named sources. It doesn't diagnose or give medical advice. If you're worried about your baby's health, speak to a doctor. For a life-threatening emergency in Singapore, call 995.
Is my family's information safe?
Only the people you invite can see your family's records. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising, and you can delete your account and its data at any time. Newbie Parents is run by a small Singapore company and follows Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The privacy policy explains where data is stored and who processes it.
